Promotional photography – 2011 rates

These rates are for indoor or outdoor location photo shoots, and are based on the time we spend working together, delivery of the chosen images, and a license for personal and promotional use. Other options are available – please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Budget (£80)

  • 1 hour of photography
  • A web gallery of proofs
  • 2 fully edited photos of the whole band plus 1 fully edited individual shot of each band member (4 for solo artists)
  • Images delivered in high quality JPG sRGB 300 dpi, suitable for print, and medium quality JPG 600px sRGB 72dpi, suitable for use on websites
  • Available to send out by digital download within three working days of photo selection.
  • Images will not be watermarked.
  • License for personal and promotional (non-commercial) usage included
  • A4 prints of edited images available to purchase for £5 each

Standard (£150)

  • 2 hours of photography
  • A web gallery of proofs
  • 12 fully edited photos (choose a mixture of band and individual shots)
  • Images delivered in high quality JPG sRGB 300 dpi, suitable for print, and medium quality JPG 600px sRGB 72dpi, suitable for use on websites
  • Available to send out by digital download within five working days of photo selection.
  • Images will not be watermarked.
  • License for personal and promotional (non-commercial) usage included.
  • A4 prints of edited images available to purchase for £5 each

Deluxe (£250)

  • 3 hours of photography
  • A web gallery of proofs
  • 20 fully edited photos in high res and web res (choose a mixture of band and individual shots)
  • Images delivered in high quality JPG sRGB 300 dpi, suitable for print, and medium quality JPG 600px sRGB 72dpi, suitable for use on websites
  • Available to send out by digital download within ten working days of photo selection.
  • Images will not be watermarked.
  • License for personal and promotional (non-commercial) usage included.
  • Set of A5 prints of final images included (A4 prints available to purchase for £5 each)

Studio bookings
Studio time at a fully equipped photo studio in Kent or S.E. London can be arranged (subject to availability) at a cost of £60 for up to 2 hours (minimum booking period) or £100 for up to 4 hours, studio deposit payable at the time of booking (these prices are correct as of January 2012 but subject to change without notice)

Digital Files
Each image is edited and supplied by digital download.

Licensing definitions
Images are supplied with a License To Use for promotional purposes, giving you the right to reproduce them on websites, flyers and posters. This excludes selling them on or ©.
Any other use or publication is only possible by obtaining prior written permission.

If you wish to use photograph(s) to sell a product, this constitutes ‘commercial use’ and requires a separate commercial license. The cost of this license will vary depending on the usage of the image(s), their visibility and the returns made.
